The third Sunday of the month at 4:00pm. We usually meet - but not always - at the OSU Extension Office at 631 Alder St. in Myrtle Point.
About Us
Mission Statement: Coos Beekeepers is a nonprofit organization seeking to unite beekeepers, and those interested in beekeeping in the area of Coos County. We work to create opportunities to train and nurture new and existing beekeepers in the art and science of beekeeping and to provide learning opportunities around all aspects of beekeeping.

Who can join: Anyone interested in beekeeping, whether you have bees or not.

While the Coos Beekeepers club encourages anyone to take part in our activities, there are some benefits of becoming an official member.

Open Activities: monthly meetings, networking with other beekeepers, guest speakers, a Facebook group, and more.

Exclusive Member Benefits: We offer group purchases of bee packages & nucs at a discount, club voting rights, swarm list information, book club, group orders of bee supplies and reduced fee for Bee School and other events. Also available for lending are an Instavap, an extractor and a Bee Vac for swarm and/or cut-out collecting.
